Join an expert from AEquitas and the Victim Rights Law Center for an overview of effective preparation and presentation of clinician testimony in civil proceedings. The discussion will also touch on criminal proceedings which may run concurrent with civil proceedings, and the interplay between the two forums. Presenters come willing to share their expertise to assist clinicians and allied professionals prepare for testimony and potential litigation, and answer questions from participants.
