The International Association of Forensic Nurses offers educational opportunities for professionals caring for victims of violence.  Some courses contain medical photographs of injuries, genital regions, and other potentially triggering topics and images. If you need assistance in processing trauma, help is available. 

Current best practice recommendtions and research findings on evidence collection and DNA analysis results will be reviewed. Case studies will be presented to solidify understanding. Implications from research findings on forensic nursing practice and multidisciplinary policy will be discussed. The webinar will conclude with information on emerging trends in DNA collections, analysis, and interpretation.
