This abridged version of the IAFN Pediatric Strangulation Case Review and Assessment course provides the learner with increased knowledge related to physical and mental health consequences of strangulation. In addition, the learner will obtain knowledge of performing thorough pediatric strangulation assessment utilizing strangulation specific assessment tools and will demonstrate management of pediatric strangulation through participation in case review.
